1. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is possible subject to availability and may incur a fee. Guests who exceed the agreed check-out times and thereby delay our cleaning are liable for any resulting costs.
2. Guests are not permitted to make reservations within their city of residence at BROCKHEUS. Please contact us if you wish to book within your own city of residence.
3. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted, including on balconies or in common areas (e.g., hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250.00 plus additional charges for special cleaning and damage repair.
4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission as well as illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
5. Guests exceeding the number specified in the reservation are not allowed. We charge €50.00 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.
6. Pets are not allowed unless expressly permitted in advance. Violations of our pet policy may result in an additional cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.
7. Guests are responsible and liable for the costs of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls, or parking permits.
8. Each guest is fully responsible and liable for damages or losses in the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damages to our customer service.
